The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board is an independent Crown Agency established by the Legislature to regulate the electricity, natural gas, pipeline and motor carrier industries and set maximum gasoline prices for the province.

Documents can be filed electronically at general@nbeub.ca or by regular mail at the address below.  Please note that mail will be quarantined before it is opened.

Meetings and Public Hearings:
No in-person meetings (unless they are pre-arranged) will be held in our offices during the months of May and June.
