The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board is an independent Crown Agency established by the Legislature to regulate the electricity, natural gas, pipeline and motor carrier industries and set maximum gasoline prices for the province.

Considering the most recent developments related to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board will be closed to the public effective March 18, 2020 until further notice.

The Board will continue to provide essential services and will periodically check phone messages at (506) 658-2504, and emails can be sent to general@nbeub.ca.
